For Turbochat.work and Self-host Static App

  • All purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us.
  • Sharing your license key with others is prohibited.
  • Your license key is valid for a lifetime and will never expire. You can use turbochat.work indefinitely. We will regularly update turbochat.work with new features and enhancements. By default, all future upgrades are provided to you for free. However, we reserve the right to sell future upgrades as separate purchases if we deem it necessary.
  • Each license key can be used on up to 5 devices, which is typically sufficient for one user. If you need to use it on more devices, you can purchase additional license keys or add more devices to your existing license key. A "device" is defined as a place where the license key is entered and chat history is saved for continuous use. For example, if you use TurboChat on the Chrome browser on your laptop and also on your phone, that would count as 2 devices. Please note that the license key is saved per browser, so if you use TurboChat on both Chrome and Firefox, you will need to enter the license key twice, and it will be considered as 2 devices. If you need to use the license key on a new device but have reached the device limit, you can unlink the previous device using the License Manager. This device limit is in place to prevent license key abuse and piracy.
  • Your license key can be used on a maximum of 5 devices simultaneously. If you wish to use it on more devices, you must either purchase additional seats for your license key or unlink the license key from the previous device using the License Manager (access to the previous device is not required).
  • The features of turbochat.work may change in the future, including the addition and removal of features, restrictions on the availability of certain features in free or paid plans, and the possibility of open-sourcing some or all of the app source code. In such cases, refunds will not be provided for previous purchases unless the refund request is made within the 14-day refund period.
  • The availability of turbochat.work's service is not guaranteed. While we make every effort to keep the service up and running, there may be instances where the service becomes unavailable due to natural disasters, change of ownership, outages of dependent services, or other reasons beyond our control. Refunds will not be provided in such cases unless the refund request is made within the 14-day refund period.
  • Turbochat.work is a product of Private Company, registered at the address in Germany, for legal purposes.

For Turbochat Sync

  • Turbochat Sync is an opt-in service that allows you to conveniently share your chat conversations with friends through a publicly accessible link on the internet. It also provides features for syncing chat history between devices and backing up chat history.
  • Turbochat Sync is integrated into Turbochat.work and will only function when you explicitly use the Share/Sync/Backup feature and choose Turbochat Sync as the option. You will be required to opt-in to Turbochat Sync and agree to its terms and conditions.
  • Turbochat Sync is available for free to all users, with a data storage limit of 10 MB per user. The availability of Turbochat Sync is not guaranteed, and we do not guarantee that your data will never be lost. We will make every effort to keep Turbochat Sync operational and available at all times. However, we recommend backing up your data to multiple locations to prevent data loss.
  • If you have a valid TurboChat License Key, you can use up to 10MB of storage on Turbochat Sync. Additional storage can be obtained by upgrading to a cloud storage subscription.
  • You have the option to upgrade your Turbochat Sync to a paid subscription to increase your storage capacity. Please refer to the in-app pricing page for available upgrade plans. Our fair use bandwidth policy allows you to use up to 10GB of bandwidth per month per 100MB of storage, which is typically sufficient for syncing chat history between 5 devices multiple times per hour. If you require more bandwidth, please contact us.
  • Please note that Turbochat Sync is just one of the options available for sharing and syncing your chat. It is not mandatory to use Turbochat Sync in order to use turbochat.work. When you choose Turbochat Sync as the Share/Sync/Backup option, your chats will be sent to turbochat.work, as that is where the cloud service is hosted.

Customer Support Information:

  • We offer free customer support via email at support@turbochat.work for a period of 45 days from the date of your purchase.
  • For TurboChat Custom Deployment customers, we provide customer support for the duration of your subscription.

By using turbochat.work, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement becomes effective on the date of your first use of the turbochat.work application.

3. Paid features

Upon purchasing a license key, you will gain access to all paid features according to your Paid Plan. Detailed information about these paid features can be found on the pricing page.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy within 14 days of purchase.

5. Product usage

By using turbochat.work, you consent to receiving important product updates from turbochat.work via the email address associated with your payment account or the email address used to register your account. You can unsubscribe from these product updates at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of each email. We only send essential product updates.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that turbochat.work will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any express or implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts, are expressly excluded and disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

turbochat.work provides no warranty, guarantee, or other assurance regarding the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other aspect of the software. turbochat.work shall not be liable to you for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by turbochat.work's negligence, the negligence of its employees or agents, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the provision of goods or services by turbochat.work. turbochat.work shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract due to any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by any event beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding any contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that turbochat.work is deemed liable to you for a breach of this Agreement, you agree that turbochat.work's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the services or software, as calculated in reliance upon this clause. By accepting this limitation, you release turbochat.work from any obligations, liabilities, and claims exceeding this limitation.

8. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of registered Private Company jurisdiction. You acknowledge that your use of these services does not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and turbochat.work. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of turbochat.work. You further agree that turbochat.work will not be held liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
